Summary |
peopleHum is our new HR performance assessment software that allows you and your employees to complete their 90 day review, then create SMART goals and track their progress on attaining those goals. It is a user-friendly tool that provides a structure around providing Supervisor/Director feedback and coaching. This training focuses on the necessary procedures at the supervisor/manager level.
Make sure you revisit the Outlook email sent from peopleHum that includes your login instructions and a Get Started link. This will allow you to log in to your new account.
